Hei !Have a great day for all of you there ^_^

As I blogged earlier, I will update about Truffles for my Anniversary with my ex boyfriend(which is my husband now). haha !! I promised it will be the easiest truffles that I've made so far and it tastes really great :D It would be Cream Cheese Truffle!!

Okay so I have made 2 kinds of cream cheese truffles and a total of 5 - 6 flavours. Those two kinds of truffles are Sensational Cream Cheese Truffles (Original Cream Cheese Truffles, Cool Mint Cream Cheese Truffles, and Liquor Cream Cheese Truffles) and Oreo Cream Cheese Truffles (Oreo Cheesecake Truffles, Red Velvet Cheesecake Truffles and Pepermint Candy Truffles).

Every little thing makes a lot of differences for the truffles, from the flavours to the toppings itself. So here are the recipes:

Tips
1. After chopped chocolate is melted from double boiler, straight away move into room temperature surface. If not, chocolate will be broken and could not be used anymore (Do not throw, u may use it into cookies and other ingredients which do not require melted chocolate)
2. Do not freeze the truffles after made, it will crack and become not presentable.
3. Do not pour too much liquor as it will cause in broken ganache.
