It's September

It is SEPTEMBER now :):):)how you guys feel ???share with me in the comment box above ^.~

now I tell you how I feel about September, i feel great !!

my CHINESE BIRTHDAY based on lunar calendar is coming TOMORROW !! and many many great days are waiting me ahead !!lalala ~

as I mentioned before, im going to make my own birthday cake, yihaa !!! im gg to bake chocolate cupcakes, hehehhee :D:D:D

i am sure TO ADD extra double tripple chocolate ~~~<3

here is my baking recipe :

for my cupcakes :

1/2 cup (50 grams) Dutch-processed cocoa powder

1 cup (240 ml) boiling hot water

1 1/3 cups (175 grams) all purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

for my frosting :

4 ounces (120 grams) unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

2/3 cup (150 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 1/3 cups (160 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

the outcome ????I will post it next time with
